Car Audio System

I am looking to upgrade the audio system in my corolla.

Nothing big, I would just like to have a direct auxillary chord installed so I can direct my ipod directly into my system.. I hate the lack of quality from iTrips

Does anyone know the cheapest or best place in fairfax to get this done?

I may also be looking to add a small sub.

Thanks!

My pickup has a nice stereo system with an iPod attachment built in! All you have to do is find it; some asshole stole it about a month ago.

If you do find it, let me know so I can get the faceplate back from my insurance company. You'll need it to get the stereo to work.

get an FM modulator unit for the aux hookup, it plugs inline with your car antenna on the back of the headunit and transmits over an FM frequency directly onto the cable, and sounds a ton better than any airgapped solution

if you want a cheap 8" powered sub let me know, I have one still in the box that was never installed

I have a Bose system, and it's oh sooo wonderful lol.

Do you by any chance have a tape deck in that car?
