On April 10th participating locations: New York, Philadelphia, Dover, Allentown, Berks, Boston, Washington DC, Baltimore, Hartford/New Haven, Providence, Buffalo, Albany, Syracuse, Rochester, Springfield, Binghamton, Erie, Utica, Elmira, Watertown, Massena, Salisbury & Harrisonburg.

There will be a few more participating locations on April 15: Norfolk, Greensboro, Raleigh, Richmond, Greenville & Wilmington.

I assumed it was a national event or at least local to the area. I picked up a flyer when I was at Subway inside DC.

I open carried at the Manassas Battlefield for the first time today (it is now legal to carry there since the law changed a couple months back).
