Buster the article does not mention anything about whether or not the subject’s pants appeared to be up or down

Bobo That is brandishing a weapon

Guest Kind nice for change usually people are dropping bombs in there

Dan Since when? Open carry IS NOT legal in California and SCOTUS has determined that laws that regulate carrying weapons are consistent with the 2nd amendment.

Big Jim Keep defending this reasonable gun owner who put his gun on the floor while he took a shit. Totally responsible.

HULA-HOOPING 65-YEAR-OLD WOMAN SHOT BY PELLET-GUN WIELDING SUSPECT ON FRIDAY; MAN SHOT ALSO

the woman was walking down the sidewalk hoola-hooping

she said "i saw the card drive by and at first thought it was a joke, i then saw holes in my legs"

Deputies with the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office were able to track down video of vehicles passing through the area and, according to the woman, both she and the man separately identified a grey Toyota Prius as the suspect vehicle

guest It’s extremely upsetting. I just hope that she makes a full recovery, physically, emotionally, and spiritually, along with the gentleman who was also hurt. Such a travesty, and I can only pray that she will feel inspired to hula-hoop again one day. This is just a sad day.
