Police Chase A few Years Back

Hey, guys. I remember reading about a police chase around Fairfax Station area, in Spring or summer 2015?
It was a black male,with braided hair, I believe. And I read he only weighed like ninety something pounds. I remember reading about it, as the chase was actually happening.

Remember any other details?

I think he drove white Bronco and his name was Al.

I remember that police chase, and the gruesome conclusion. I was able to get this photo before the body was removed by EMS.

I'm a black guy myself. But, i admit, a lot of black guys have been chased by police. Quite a few white guys have been chased by police too, if you look into it.
