New Roof Insurance ??

I need a new roof. Will my insurance rates go up if I file a claim, roof is 25 years old? Some shingles have blown off in this past week.

How much are you prepared to bribe your insurance appraiser? The insurance company would be obligated to pay to replace the shingles that blew off the roof. It wouldn't be obligated to pay for the roof to be replaced unless the insurance appraiser determined it was cheaper to replace than repair. One look at your roof and the insurance appraiser will likely say its a few hundred dollars, and that is before your deductible.
Now if you can convince your neighbor's tree to fall on your roof....

I was in a similar situation and my insurance rates didn't go up. This problem had to be solved somehow and my uncle advised me to use the Approved Top-Rated Roofing Service as these guys were also able to help him. They quickly completed this task in a couple of days. Now my roof looks awesome and doesn't require any investment. I also had a problem with the fact that the roof leaked in the closet when it rained heavily, and I constantly had to substitute a bucket to collect drops. Now this problem is also gone. I think you should fix the roof, too

Call a roof repair company to come out and do an estimate. They know how to speak to insurance carriers and will absolutely want to get paid to do the whole roof.
If the roofer thinks it can get paid for a whole roof, it will say so and if not, it won't waste its time on the matter.
