Advanced Production Grant Program and Fund. Creates the Advanced Production Grant Program and Fund to make grant payments to an eligible business transportation manufacturer and producer that engages in the production of business trucks and that makes a capital investment of at least $58 million at a facility in Pittsylvania County and creates at least 703 new full-time jobs at the facility. The eligible company would be eligible for an aggregate of $7 million in grants paid out over a five-year period if it meets such performance parameters and complies with the terms of a memorandum of understanding agreed upon by the qualified company, the Commonwealth, and the Virginia Economic Development Authority.

By law this business "must succeed" according to democrats, so you may expect bailouts, and hostile actions against any who try to compete: backed by heavily armed police.
IT IS CHINA'S PLAN TO DO EXACTLY THE ABOVE, be a facist gov that arrests anyone who "notices it's not fair", and harm them. That's called facism.
ANOTHER PLAN WOULD BE - LOWER THE LOAN RATE AND LET COMPETITORS COMPETE - THE AMERICAN WAY. NO GOVERNMENT PLANNED BUSINESSES GOVERNMENT PLANNED COMMUNITIES.
And cover-ups in the media - which is all cable TV channels except one - and half of that one as well.

yet howevever un-american: it is better than paying Jose to trash all the water fountains in public schools because of a LEAD scare which hasn't existed since the mid 1970's (which is what MARYLAND is doing).
MARYLAND has many state run businesses AND FARMS (simply given as property to illegal aliens btw, withotu reasoning or fairness, probably to cover drug dealing). AND CASINOS - AT LEAST 6 OF MARYLAND'S CASINO ARE STATE BOUGHT RUN AND OWNED. (they will later be transferred to ownership of criminals, of course - it is an immense ponzai scheme)
SO CAN YOU TRUST GOVERNMENT to, instead of a business person taking a "easy" loan to get into a business that business person thinks is a good market ... letting government decide what is a good market.
BECAUSE - TRUCKING SOUNDED GOOD ... THEN YOU HAD THAT GOVERNMENT WORKERS GOT RAISES CONTINUALLY AND WERE IN THE CASINO BUSINESS
... and that isn't what china does. which is a HUGE problem.

China is using state money to put OTHER countries in debt to them - such as: state funded Huwaie deals with countries to exclusively use Chinese cell phones in exchange for a "private political deal".
China is using state money to copy USA products.
China is using state money to make bridges and Hydro Electric dams (so does USA).
China is using state money to BRIBE Walmart (GA, CA, NYC) importers to keep Made in USA products off the shelf and off the internet (pay amazon and ebay to prevent the origin from being known or searchable)
China isn't fair. But they are effective.
