Free roof / Insurance paid roof

Hi, the roof on my house is getting old but there is nothing wrong with it. I want to get it replaced for resale value, but I don't want to pay for it. Looking for a roofing company that will get my insurance to pay for the roof. You know, to repair storm damage or something. Any recommendations?

In order to have the ins. co. pay for the roof, an adjuster has to come to the property, look at it and give approval for the work to be done. You can't just have somebody fix the roof & send the ins. co. the bill.

Well that spam message was absolutely worthless. The OP is looking to find a roofing company that will help him commit insurance fraud. A more useful spam effort would have been to provide a link to a criminal defense attorney.

Most homeowner's insurance companies will require that their adjusters be able to inspect the roof before any nonemergency roof repairs are made. Most of those that don't will probably require that you use one of their own pre-approved roofing companies to do the work. Either way the effort to get a merely worn out roof replaced will be discovered and reported.
