Creepy abandoned house on Frying Pan Road?

Anyone know if there's a story about this house on Frying Pan road? I passed it yesterday...looks like it's abandoned and definitely haunted. There used to be lots of big abandoned houses in that area when I was growing up...no big deal

I think whoever lived there used to own all the land behind it where the town houses are now but I could be wrong. Go get some pictures or something, there's so much history around here that needs to be documented!

And yes I'm a first time poster and I'd love to hear about more old tales of the county I've called home for 30 years. thank you!

Most of that land is owned by developers and land speculators. They are slowing putting office space in.

Perhaps a better story would be why are there are two perfect rows of trees in the middle of the woods to the right of the house? Very strange.

I live down the street from the house and I always see a group of creepy spanish dudes walking toward the house carrying grocery bags. Very strange... Frying Pan Road is going to be widened soon so the house won't be there much longer.
