Gun Laws in Virginia

If the Democrats in the Virginia General Assembly are serious about gun safety, they would introduce the below suggestion as legislation:

Upon conviction for the offense of Murder, Rape, Armed Robbery pr Assault With A Deadly Weapon, in which deadly, maiming, or injurious force is brandished or used in the commission if the crime, the penalty shall be execution in the manner commonly utilized by the Department of Corrections. This penalty is to be carried out not less than twelve months nor more than eighteen months after conviction.

For votes from other criminals who have not yet been caught

I'm still waiting for Northam to paint the chair green and start using that environmental windpower on those who have committed the worst of the worst crimes in Virginia

Agreed. Armed robbers, rapists etc. either don't get caught or get off way too easy these days while the "justice" department squanders all it's resources on a drug war that is completely un-american as it defies individual liberty and creates black market violence. This abomination drives up prices to THOUSANDS of times the actual free market value which in turn drives junkies to theft and more violence. Conservatives shot themselves in the foot with the Evangelical temperance bull shit and the ensuing violence statistics are being used to justify gun control
