First, the OP needs to learn how to spell, proper grammar, and correct punctuation.
Beyond that, here's a better version:

Senator,
Upcoming is the most important decision you will ever have to make as an elected official in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
That decision is, Senator, shall you vote AYE to an un-Constitutional firearms and magazine ban or will you continue, as was intended by our Founding Fathers, to keep the flame of liberty burning in Virginia, with a NAY vote and stand with the citizens of Virginia on the rights to keep semi-automatic rifles and standard capacity magazines in Virginia.
The Democrat party, presently lead by Governor Northam, is proposing a ban of legally possessed firearms in Virginia which the US Supreme Court will demand justification for. Such proposed regulations will fail to stand up under scrutiny in court.
Regarding the oft-quoted term “assault weapon”, Virginia has at present has two laws that regulate fully automatic machine guns, the first under Virginia state code 18.2-295 requiring any machine gun brought into Virginia to be registered with the Department of State Police within 24 hours of its arrival or any conversion of any semi-automatic firearm to full automatic fire in Virginia. The second is Virginia state code 18.2-291 which provides criminal penalties for possession of a machine gun for aggressive purposes. The tossed-about term “assault weapon” does not refer to the semi-automatic rifles safely and properly used by so many Virginians.
Please consider that the Commonwealth of Virginia was one of the premiere sites of the birth of liberty and freedom in the American colonies that gave the world the flame of liberty known as The United States of America. Don’t let down the millions of those who have defended this state and our nation down in our armed services and the home front as patriotic Americans who knew and today know that they have an individual right to keep and bear arms, guaranteed by the 2nd Amendment of the United States Constitution whose final words are "Shall Not Be Infringed".
Please don’t be one of those that will extinguish that flame . I’m counting on your support to keep it burning brightly as one of Virginia's distinguished state senators
Remember, bans on possession as proposed are infringements of the right to keep and bear arms.
I am very truly yours,
