This has been the case for as long as I can remember. Not Earth shattering news, sorry. Check out Connecticut or anything within driving distance of New York City or Boston.

About 1800 am month plus 165 a month for a parking space in the indoor garage All utilities included except phone and cable fees In Fairfax about 1500-1600

Yes, Wash DC housing is expensive in comparison with most states. You can look through https://fodyo.com/ and confirm this. I use this real estate marketplace as I'm thinking about buying a house. I should say, not everyone can afford a property in Wash DC area.

Niggers are revolting in DC.
They are getting pushed out to PG county lines.
Very real dichotomy in dc thanks to Democrat whites.
I like skyrocketing home prices bc niggers have to move away.
When reverse migration occurs(DMV niggers moving to Memphis/Atlanta), they will get their asses kicked.
Dc niggers think they’re tough but it’s all a show.
They will be quickly killed by real thug niggers like in Chicago.
