Twinning Virginia’s highways so the NOVA wealth and class can be spread

Start with twinning US 522 between Culpeper and Powhatan. Tons of poor trash except for the Lake Anna area.

ALso VA 55, because I-66 isn’t doing it by itself. Still tons of poor trash out to Front Royal and beyond.

Just a small sample of what needs to be done to rescue the rest of the state!
