Two days ago, this quiet neighborhood in Crystal City was filled with the animal moans of the dying and the solemn wail of ambulances. Today it is eeriely quiet. Hundreds of state and federal agents silently piece together the time delayed device placed in the church's organ while hazmat crews are just beginning to scrub the bloody froth aspirated by the victims. What, if anything could've prevented this senseless tragedy?? Senior FBI officials have acknowledged that both the suspect and his motive have been known to the bureau for years and they are actively cooperating with the RCMP to locate and apprehend him. His snow machine was found in a remote area of northern Ontario yesterday evening. Due to Canada's asylum law, the perpetrator will not face the death penalty even if he is ever caught and extradited

Surely there are other ways to resolve your greviance.. have you tried any alternative resolutions?
