I would not speak so categorically. Shops and offices can move for a hundred different reasons, including because of savings in renting. I live in London now and see wagons
man and van service drive around the city in large numbers. Are we going to the bottom? No) Life just goes on. Our office also plans to move to a new building in 7 months. I am not at all looking for a trick in this.
