Ski Expo at Dulles Expo Center gone?

Now that it's been a while since I've seen the Ski and Snow Expo at Dulles - anyone know if it is still happening or will be back in the area?
They had GREAT deals on lift tickets to places in WV and MD. Any tips on where to score those $10 lift tickets if not at the Expo?

Winter also comes again in December 2010 :) There is still a few weeks of good skiing left on the East Coast.
Hadn't seen the Ski Expo at all this year and was hoping it was just a brief pause.
Surfing? Pshaw! Summer is hang gliding season.

I lived in Va Beach for a couple of years. Let's face it, US East coast surfing sucks. We use to go to the East Coast Surfing Championship every year. We went for two reasons, babes and beers. The skateboarding was funner to watch than people surfing 2 foot waves for five seconds.

I first surfed in Hawaii, and out there as a beginner, we learned on two foot+ waves (They're even stronger out in HI too, because a wave of equal height has far more energy to it out there, as opposed to the Ice Coast). I'm not sure how you could have a competition out of EC two footers, especially given the fact that they typically fizz out after a short distance. The best boogie boarding I had in Florida required AT LEAST two foot waves, with the best ride being a six foot wave when we had a Hurricane 300 miles out. Florida can be difficult though, because when you have big waves, they can come in at five or six a time, whereas in HI you usually have a 10 second frequency between even high crests. The situations are far different, that's for sure.

The slopes, at least at Massanutten, are open until March 28th they just announced. They still have a natural snowbase of 60"+, and they have received snow twice in the past week.
