Is US Supreme Court Justice Ginsburg Permanently Incapacitated?

It's my opinion she is permanently incapacitated now. I saw a short clip on CNN just a few weeks ago where she was answering a question at some appearance. She gave a 5 word answer.
What immediately came to mind was "Stroke".
I am not being mean or petty or making fun of people with stokes. I have known too many. I question her ability to do her job.
One that only 9 people hold at the same time in the US. Take a serious look at her. If Trump was in her physical and mental condition, they would be demanding 24/7 that he resign. We would be having "expert" after "expert" on the media discussing what is going on, what his real problems are, how it is effecting his mental reasoning and thought process, etc etc.
Ginsberg brought this on herself. She would not retire when Obama was President as she wanted her BFF Hillary to name her replacement. I think she envisioned this glorious retirement, all the dinners, al the oohing and applause, etc. She actually believed the hype that the election was Hillary's from the start. Well, it didn't work out that way and now she's hosed. Trump will likely win reelection. Along with a win, you can pretty much be sure the Republicans will keep the Senate and stand a fair chance or taking back the House. No way I see her lasting until 2024. Trump will get to replace her and that will be that.
I also question her cancer diagnosis. Lung tumors, no chemo, no radiation. Why? Because that would kill her faster than letting the cancer come back on its own, which I predict it will.
