Do you know how much a shitbird you have to be to remain a Private for the entire duration of your service? Essentially, they wanted to discharge him, but didn't want to do the paperwork, so they just left him as an E1 in hopes that he'd request an OTH and just leave on his own. There is SO much more to this guy than the media has reported - I'd LOVE to see his criminal record.

What was his discharge type? Doubt it was HD for a 4 year E1.
