But Chuck Schumer filibustered it and kept it bottled up in the Senate. Remember how Joe Manchin said he'd support a border wall during his campaign. Yeah, not so much when he had a chance to vote for one. Same with Joe Donnelly and Clair McCaskill. They all lied. Just like you're doing now.

The actions you describe would be in blatant violation of federal law, and we are talking cash-flows of 6+ billion monthly. Any federal employee who takes part in that would be on the hook for criminal charges. Not gonna happen
