Prince George County Police just go sued for discrimination

Correct me if i'm wrong, isn't PG county majority black? If so, then why do whites make up about 50 percent of the police department. Yet according to this report continuously complain about how much they hate working there. Can't these guys just transfer to Montgomery County or Ann Arundel? Just seems very fishy

Most of this is bullshit...as many would expect.
Of course niggers feel like they always deserve promotions and more money, despite being more criminal and less capable.
A lot of this is white cops and black cops sitting around chatting and the nigger calls a neighborhood a ghetto 10 times to the white guy, then when the white guy says it once - it's racist.
There are several reasons white guys work there. The "real action" is in the ghetto. Who wants to be a cop in Mayberry? PG also has lower standards so the white guys that got rejected by Fairfax sometimes go there. The feeling is that you get 5 years in PG then try to get back to Fairfax since you have experience and time on the job.
What the white kids are missing is while it's cool to get lots of action in the ghetto, that the dept and the people you work with and the leadership are all pretty ghetto too...and that's tough on a day to day basis.
