It really isn't that difficult to understand why he was killed. As another poster indicated, Bijan stopped his car a number of times, got out, got back in and then sped off. He was instructed both times to stop the vehicle and lay on the ground. He refused to do so. Vehicles are weapons, if you steer your vehicle towards not just anyone, but an officer of the law, how can you not reasonably conclude that the subject you are trying to detain wants to injure your person with said weapon? The police did what they are trained to do and sadly, Bijan lost his life.

Geee, no one in my family deals crack, runs from the police, maneuvers their vehicle around officers when they approach and drive away. IF ANY DID, they would get what they deserve.
I'll attend the funeral, say a prayer, and toss a flower in their grave. Then I would help other family members learn from the deceased mistakes.
