CITY OF FAIRFAX POLICE INVESTIGATE

ARMED ROBBERY

The City of Fairfax Police Department is currently investigating an armed robbery that occurred at Chick-Fil-A, 9509 Fairfax Boulevard, on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at approximately 5:06 AM.

The suspect was able to gain entry into the business while employees were inside preparing to open for the day and displayed a firearm. Employees did not have access to the safe and the subject left the business on foot in an unknown direction.

The suspect is described as a black male, 20 to 30 years old, 5’8” to 5’9” medium build, wearing a hoodie.

Two employees sustained minor injuries.


This case is currently being investigated by the Criminal Investigations Division.
