Now Arizona and Florida are flipping in recounts with "provisional ballots"

These ballots they are "finding" are provisional ballots. These are supposed to be the ballots you fill out and deposit into a separate box (about 24x24x24) when you cannot be verified affirmatively that you can vote. IE not on the voter registration list. They give a small box because most precincts MIGHT get 2-5 of these ballots.
Where the fraud comes in is when thousands of these manufactured ballots are generated and sent to be counted. there is ZERO paper trail with these. No way to prove that the ballot was cast by an illegal alien, fraudulently manufactured, non resident, or a legal and legitimate vote. NONE. Normally these ballots never get counted. UNLESS a recount is ordered. then they pull these out and add them up. That is where the dems are exploiting this loophole. They know that nobody can prove they are manufactured and no way to prove they are legit. But the general consensus is to count them all in fear of not counting legit votes. These votes will never get tossed out once counted unless the GOP can absolutely prove specific ballots are not real. Which, again, is impossible because nothing identifies each ballot. Like mixing black ink in water. You cannot separate them once combined.

Of legitimate votes by confirmed US citizen voters this fraud ! Take it all the way to SCOTUS and shut this con game down forever !
