I’m sick and tired of going to hair cuttery they dont even speak English. I wanted a hair cut and she didn’t understand me. Twice I had to reminder her that we live in America now. Where do you go get your hair cut? I want a white girl but white male (non homosexual) will do

Where they give a massage after, can't speak about any Happy Ending . I think that's a urban legend like my black credit card from American Express. I pay the girls cash and leave a nice big tip in cold cash they can spend that day making them Happy!

I go to one of the Asian hair cutting schools in Annandale. You can't screw up a #3 clipper cut. $6 + $2 tip for student. Three weeks later and the same girl will be charging $19 for the same service at Hair Cuttery.

You are looking for something that is almost extinct in this area. I too have been looking without much luck.
Two options: Bob's in Springfield, an old couple and a third old dude. Definitely old school.. really old school. You get a decent haircut. It's on the 7th floor of a shitty building in Springfield but they are really nice. $16
Vienna/Oakton in the plaza across from Santini's. There is one older asian guy in there but there are also two younger white dudes and a hot white MILF. They all do a nice job
