RESTON DISTRICT STATION (DISTRICT 5)
PEEPING/DRUNK IN PUBLIC/ARREST
Freetown Court 2100
A man was arrested for peeping into a 21-year-old woman’s window on Sunday, January 17. The
victim was inside her home in the 2100 block of Freetown Court around 1:30 a.m. when she
noticed a man peering through her blinds. She picked up a phone to call police and the suspect
fled. Officers located Jason Dixon, 27, of 2333 Freetown Court, nearby and after a brief
investigation, arrested him. He was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center
and charged with peeping and drunk in public.

When a woman peeps in a guy's house the guy is arrested. When a guy peeps in a girl's house the guy is arrested. I see a pattern forming here.

the first is just plain drunk in public, the second is tendering a drink in public, means handing someone else a bottle of booze in public or you yourself drinking in public.

No, it's not... you can get that charge for cursing, that's why it says 'or profane language

I think my guess (drunk bartending) is on point, but I could be wrong. Maybe it means drinking in public.
