Some of the restaurants listed above have only a Vienna mailing address, but the list is still seriously incomplete, Vienna, after all, is a destination for food-lovers on account of the array of attractive eateries that it has to offer.

No, they have always been turkey dogs. And except for swapping in some actual chilis for chili powder in the 1980’s, the chili has always been the same as well. I bet you didn’t know that.

Philip graduated from the Culinary Institue of America in 1992 and began work in the over-worked kitchen. It was Mike (and then Mollie) who ran the place.

> Here is another fact asshole, in 1978 nobody made Turkey Hot dogs

Turkey dogs consist of ground turkey, spices, and some form of casing. They are as cheap and easy to make as a peanut butter sandwich.

Turkey Franks are made from mechanically separated meat (MSM)—a paste-like substance made by forcing bones through a sieve at high pressure to remove any remaining meat, according to the USDA. MSM made from beef has been banned in the U.S. since 2004 due to concerns about mad cow disease, although mechanically separated poultry is safe to eat, says the Food and Drug Administration.

These dogs are relatively high in fat and sodium. Each has 100 calories, 8 grams of fat (including 2.5 grams of saturated fat), 510 milligrams of sodium, and 5 grams of protein.

He was working(fucking up) in the kitchen way before he graduated in 1992, and as for the turkey dogs - Nobody was making them back in 1978.

That lest address when they were introduced for public consumption.

Further, they are made from mechanically separated turkey, not ground turkey.

And no, ground poultry is not the same as mechanical separated poultry. The starting material for ground poultry is whole muscle parts or deboned poultry or poultry meat, whereas the starting material for mechanically separated poultry (MSP) typically consists of frames or shells that contain some amount of skeletal muscle tissue and other edible tissue. FSIS has permitted the production of ground poultry using a mechanical or soft separation process by which bone is removed from whole muscle cuts in a manner that minimizes the breaking of bone. Bones cannot be intentionally crushed in the process and there should be no perceptible bones in the final product. The final product's texture and physical appearance must be in the traditional ground form (not an emulsion) such that distinct muscle and fat constituents are clearly identifiable. In comparison, mechanically separated poultry (MSP) is a poultry food product produced by high pressure machinery that separates bone from poultry skeletal muscle tissue and other edible tissue by first crushing the bone and then forcing bone and tissue through a sieve or a similar screening device. The result is a blend of soft tissue with a paste-like consistency and a cake-batter form. The final paste-like material, has a physical form and texture that differs materially from other boneless chicken and turkey products that are deboned by hand. Mechanically separated poultry must be listed as an ingredient in processed products such as hot dogs and bologna as mechanically separated chicken or turkey instead of simply chicken or turkey. Because of its cake-batter texture, it is ideally suited for use in hot dogs, bologna, nuggets, patties, sausages and luncheon meat-type products.

Pork and beef are the traditional meats used in hot dogs. Less expensive hot dogs are often made from chicken or turkey, using low-cost mechanically separated poultry. Hot dogs often have high sodium, fat and nitrite content, ingredients linked to health problems. Changes in meat technology and dietary preferences have led manufacturers to use turkey, chicken, vegetarian meat substitutes, and to lower the salt content.

Half the town showed up to help repair fire damage in 2002. Fortunately, only the office and a dry goods storeroom were involved — none of the cooking or
dining space. They reopened in record time.

No one wants to visit a place that is infested by pests or could see their pest droppings at the place where you have gone to eat. Everyone wants to visit a restaurant that is clean, hygienic and most importantly, it should be pest free. There are restaurants in CT that use pest control services from Rodent Control Fairfield County CT that take care of their customers by providing a better place, and a better environment.

Absolutely disgusting man! I've been to a few places and the things I've seen is just outrageous. The most dangerous without a doubt was this bistro that had a hidden wasp nest in the seating area. You could sit there and literally have the wasps flying next to you. The guy did not know that there was a
wasp nest removal service right next to him, I think. I had to tell him myself, and he seemed offended for being told off which was kind of funny. You would think that a restaurant owner would care more about customer service.

Word in the woods is that he left Vienna and went back to PanAm, looking for scraps in Safeway’s dumpster.
