WTF is going on in Chantilly/Centreville around 28?

I've been hearing tons of sirens for 30+ minutes. Something really bad happened somewhere.

I was on 50 about forty five minutes ago and there was thick black smoke rising from the area near 28 and Willard

I would see a huge plume of black smoke in the distance from Sudley Road in Manassas.
