I worked at a hotel with a guy in his 40’s that would get those car washes when it was cheerleaders at wish’s Cardinal shell!
The second they washed one, he would go to his parents house and get their cars.
He ended up going to prison bc he embezzling a shit ton of $$$$ for 3 years at best western off rte 1 near Ft belvoir. When people paid cash he would pocket it.

Legal as long as you have the permission of the property owner where the wash is occurring...

Washing of vehicles other than your own non-commercial vehicle on your own property is a violation of federal law. All other vehicle washings may only be performed at a approved vehicle wash facility.

the tradition in fairfax is to lead you to believe the answer is yes, book you downtown when you try it, fine the fucking hell out of you, and if possible suggest to you than an expensive lawyer will save you money (ha ha ha!)

Illegal car washes should be reported to the EPA. Pictures of the adults responsible would be quite welcome. Illegal car washes can result in fish kills.
