WTOP (criminial democrat) NEWS!

MAN ARRESTED 2ND TIME FOR REMOVING TARP FROM STATUE

Where does it say in the law that statues must be covered?

Where is there a majority of persons who voted to keep it covered?

Where does the right to approach this man with weapons and seize him derive from?

Here's a problem democrats; this guy isn't a theory he's real, AND CALLED YOUR BET.

You now have to prove two things in court: that tarp removal is within CRIMINAL LAW (which allows seizure of person: civil law DOES NOT), and that city ordinance is convertible as criminal law with proof that the ordinance is not simply political.

If you don't: you begin to have real problems with using your police force as political enforcers: YOU MAY BE HELD LIABLE FOR DOING SO.

yes, dear leaders with illegal alien majority and no consensus on this matter...

you "chose to cover it", he "chose to uncover it"

however your "right" and limitations as government are to protect art and history - not to choose which history and art citizens are allowed to see

(the statue was made legitimately, the artist legitimate, it's historical significance legitimate, the symbol in history: cohesion of the 50 states, and the way in which south can resolve "political blocking in congress" (not by succession))

if the democrats don't wish to care for some art they have legal care of, they must sell it to someone who will

however the MONEY of selling such a thing would be HIGHLY disputed and most certainly be placed in a Republican political fund

I checked my history book. No one in early american history had ever been arrested at gunpoint, booked and charged with a crime, for removing a cloth from art that america haters hated.

gee, wonder why?
