You have to remember that from his point of view, he's communicating meaningfully and coherently.

He's not trying to be a disruptive or obnoxious ass, like so many other people who post shit on Fairfax Underground; he's genuinely got things he wants to say that are important to him.

Posting on Fairfax Underground makes him happy and makes him feel like he's doing something worthwhile.
