Will FCPS reassess?

Middle school will start at 9 which is before temperatures rise and can melt the ice. Additionally, black ice will remain a threat for bus drivers and school staff who are preparing before the delay.

that seems probable, but considering how stubborn fcps is I doubt it. we can hope!
