Food Corner is actually very good, one of my families favorite places.

The staff is a mix of Hispanic and Afghan. The owner is a guy that came to the US when he was like 17, busted his ass and has I think 5 of these restaurants now.

The clientele is a mix of American's and other nationalities.

I have never seen any praying going on in the place, but I guess it could happen.

There are many Kabob places around and I think Food Corner is the best overall.

Try it before you knock it. Also get to know the people that run the place, they are decent people that bust their butts.

Brookfield Plaza is my fave. Ground beef(Shami) is good here.
Chickpeas as a side, along with the cucumber and onion salad.
Owner is a Afghani pop singer that had to skedaddle when Soviets invaded.
Annandale was his first location, but it’s a poorly designed shopping center, and ingress/egress is difficult!
Springfield is changing. Mostly for the better.
