my place - the guy had been around the corner from where i was less than one minute. i was in the area just happenstancially but did have interest in accessibility of the install so was hanging around to see.

not a minute of him around the corner, i turn the corner, the COX employee had his hand in a closed box feeling around for what might be lifted quickly

i have no idea if it was the 1st or 2nd dip into the box and no way to know if he did "get away with something". being a large black male i decided not to make anything of it - he might decide to kill me for exposing him

no problem with that

it was when that last new modem (which i didn't ask for) was installed
