You don't fill up a keg. The brewery does that for you. You simply exchange an empty keg for a full one. Assuming your'e talking about your typical 1/2 barrel (15.5 US gallons), you should be able to walk into any local Total Wine or perhaps the specialty stores like Norm's in Vienna and exchange an empty for a full. You'll pay the purchase price of the full keg ($50 to $160 depending on your selection) without a deposit (since you brought in an empty).
