Apple Maps Truck Sighting

Anyone caught this truck in your area, was in McLean today. Spinning cameras, big box on the roof, I like the cobbled up connection to the rear wheels as well, probably for better accuracy? Do not open the Drivers side sliding door!!! What is interesting is the spinning cameras on the roof rack are canted down toward the road more than they are a 360 view, wonder if this is for the iCar self driving car??

I guess just one more Mapping/Street View Option. I will check once it is updated to see what the finished product looks like.

There's definitely some faggotry going on inside that van.

I bet that disgusting faggot CEO Tim Cook is banging away at Steve Jobs' corpse right inside that thing.

Do not support progtards, faggotry, or overpriced crappy technology.

Support Koreans by only buying Samsung. At least the Koreans have some semblance of human dignity, unlike the fucking progtard Apple faggots.

You could open the door. There are stand-offs.

Also, if you could see it, then it could see you. You're now forever in their image database. As I was when I was outside one day when Google maps went by. For the next two years when you did street view you could see me standing there. They blur the face but you're still there in the original capture.

So do you think those are LIDAR sensors, they appeared to be spinning cameras, but I did not get much time to check it out as it went by, that's why I grabbed a few pictures.

The roof pod appears to have like 8 cameras in it, Front, Rear, Right side: Up, Forward, Reward facing, Left side: Up, Forward, Reward facing. Maybe more, not sure?

I am sure an iCar is in the works as well.

Bing Maps and Google street view cars both use LIDAR too

The rear slider on the driver side cannot be opened as it will interfere/contact the drivers side rear wheel interface vertical stabilizer.

that may or may not be true about SK, but that doesn't mean i want to be in a position that USA, who innovated electronics, has no way to make electronics and no way to "say no" to price rigging, no way to ignore a trade embargo

There was one east bound on Braddock just inside the Beltway about an hour ago.
