No American would sue the government over the Constitution. Only a communist, nazi or other enemy of America would do that.

I keep hearing about governors suing the federal government over the constitution. This can't be true. No American, especially a democratically elected official, would sue the federal government for enforcing our laws and our constitution. The constitution is the fabric in which makes America great and why all people of all nationalities want to come here. If you sue the document that protects Americans rights, YOU ARE AN ENEMY.

lol, the Constitution sets up a Supreme Court with jurisdiction specifically for handling these kinds of things. Your opinion is retarded.

Conservatives regularly sue or threaten to sue the government over the Constitution and efforts to enforce our laws. Last week Trump was facing a threat by Republican controlled states to sue over over the failure to repeal DAKA.
