A couple of things:
-I still miss Michael Savage in the 3PM slot. He wasn't perfect, but much better than Larry "I Love Show Tunes" The Fairy O'Connor.
-Mary Walter is a strange-looking bird, but I bet with those lips and that mouth that she could suck the chrome off a trailer hitch.

What a tragedy WMAL has become. I really don't want it to reformat because even though it's rancid butter, it's on our side of the bread. But it seems like it's inevitable. Their morning show is surprisingly worse than ever. This duo right now comes across as some boring friends your parents met at church and you are listening to them noodle over very basic and shallow political sparring points over and over and over...and then they go to the phones and you hear the same nonsense over and over and over.
And, Larry OConnor. FFS. Anymore, it's like listening to the Iowa harvest report on AM radio.
Why can't WMAL get an actually entertaining morning show established.Its a huge radio market with enormous potential. Put a Gavin McInnes and/or a Greg Gutfeld on there and do a non pathetic and conservative version of the Junkies.
Its the damn baby boomers running WMAL. The tail end of this awful generation is running out the home stretch in leadership roles. Never before has one generation been so ill-prepared to adapt to change and this is proven everywhere, every day.

Vince is just as bad. Milktoast, at best. It's like listening to school children that are losers, yet they think that they are cool. Mary has some serious tell tail signs when she's fudging it. It's really clear that all WMAL wants to do is save some money! Penny smart ~ pound foolish...

Listen up you whippersnappers. Did you ever consider there are a lot of us old folks still out there. It’s a tried and true formula but it has made WMAL one of the most successful radio stations in the area for over 50 years. I think they know what they are doing.
That being said - yeah, they are cheap. And I agree this latest version of morning talk are lightweights. Boring lightweights. The worst since I have been listening.

BINGO should stop listening to Chris Plante then but there really aren't many liberal talk show hosts on the radio with any sizable following.
Maybe for entertainment he can replay Hillary's campaign speeches if he's not distracted by the sound of her monotonous voice and a hacking cough.
