Welcome to Fairfax Underground, a project site designed to improve communication among residents of Fairfax County, VA. Feel free to post anything Northern Virginia residents would find interesting.
So I went to a party last night and the cops came. And I walk out and the cops didn't say a word to me. but When they saw me drive away with my car. can they arrest me for leaving a party they didn't ask me to stop do you think I should of know i Needed to talk to them before I left?
I believe they would have to get a warrant for your arrest. I doubt that would happen. And if they never addressed you and asked to talk to you then you weren't ever really "running away from them."
They do that shit all the time. You should probably turn yourself in immediately. This could save you headaches down the road if they see you're willing to "play ball."

You might be correct. If so, he should get a lawyer, THEN turn himself in (If that's what he advises).
They probably realized what a poor communicator you are and let you slide. Based on your post, it would have been beyond the skills of a normal person to understand exactly what the fuck is really going on...

-This makes no sense at all!!! First your an idiot for seeking legal advise from these retards and second with what you have said above, a normal person would not be able to make a judgement. Honestly, I don't even belive you went to a party......but yes, I am 100% certain the cops are going to eventually track you down and arrest you for leaving a "party". However if you destroy all electronic equipment in your house (parents basement) and cover the walls with foil they will be unable to track you.......Good Luck!

What kind of party are we talking about? Drinking? Doping? An orgy-fest? Good fun Nambla style? What do you believe you are guilty of? Were you leaving a birthday party with cake and ice cream? Sometimes the sugar rush can leave you high. Driving while sugar high is a common felony.
I was eating at McDonald's today and a cop walked in to order coffee. I got up and left without asking the cop's permission. Can I be arrested? Should I turn myself in?
I was sitting in a park reading a book and I saw a cop car drive by. I got up and walked away without asking the cop if I can leave. Can I be arrested? Should I turn myslef in?
Maybe I should post this question on FFU and see if those guys will give me a good answer.
You should be arrested for improper punctuation and grammer. How old are you?

Were the cops invited to the party? Shit, that's a felony right there. Cops don't party. Code 33-426. Just the facts, fuckers.
OR did you mean there was a party and the cops were there with chicks and they cummed. If you left while they were cumming, that's just bad fucking manners.
Man up and turn yourself in. Say you were "high" and forgot to ask permission. Get on your knees and plead like a motherfoyker for mercy. If this is your first time, leaving a party when the police have arrived WITHOUT motherfoyking permission, maybe the judge will let it go with a slap on the wrist: one year revoke of your license and 6 month ban from all McDonalds. That wouldn't be too bad but I fear you could be in for some prison time and, unfortunately, some nature of the beast gang rape. Good motherfoyking luck, motherfoyker. May God and the judge have mercy on you.

Well, I don't know about any breaking of the law. They didn't ask you to stop it. What's the crime? Shit, cops need a beer and T&A just like everyone else.

...particularly if you, the party pooper, are a smokin' chick.

Hell yes, they can arrest you for "CREATING PUBLIC UNREST". If I were you I'd skip Phys Ed today and get your ass to Canada or Europe. Otherwise, you WILL become one big gloryhole in prison.
