Wild Berries To Pick

Is anyone aware of wild berries (blackberries or raspberries) around here?

The bushes are just about through producing fruit by now.

Elleanor C Lawrence park has Japanese wineberry bushes. They make pretty good jams. Similar to raspberry color but no thorns.

Oh also wild grapes and blackberries at Nottoway park. Think July sometime is peak for blackberries. Might be end of season or too late.

The Exxon in suitland has homeless people that sleep overnite in their unlocked bathrooms....you could pick their dingleberries!
