Too Many Bugs, Moths & Mosquitoes this season ?

I live in Fairfax (near Stringfellow rd/fairfax county pwky) and see a noticeably high number of bugs, moths and mosquitoes this year. Is it just me or is everyone seeing it ?

I had treated my perimeter with the following but it does not seem to be helping.. can anyone guide on what I need to do to reduce them, If any ?

Lots of tree frog tadpoles. Have moved them all to one container with some water hyacinth and aerator.

Lots of wildlife this summer but no black widows seen yet thank god.
