Cocaine Bust in Springfield!

ALEXANDRIA, VA—Nine individuals were arrested this morning on cocaine trafficking charges as part of an ongoing investigation of cocaine dealers working in and around Springfield, Va. Two subjects were already in custody for unrelated state charges.

Neil H. MacBride, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia; Joseph Persichini Jr., Assistant Director in Charge of the FBI Washington Field Office; and Colonel David Rohrer, Fairfax County Chief of Police, made the announcement after the criminal complaint was unsealed and the defendants were arrested this morning. Court appearances are expected this afternoon before United States Magistrate Judge John F. Anderson.

"Combating illegal drugs has been—and will remain—a high priority for the U.S. Attorney´s office," said U.S. Attorney MacBride. "The arrests today could not have been possible without the seamless coordination of our local and federal partners. Everyone involved in this operation had one goal—gather the evidence necessary to get as many drug traffickers off our streets as possible."

"Today´s arrests demonstrate the need to collaborate regionally in a multijurisdictional effort to stop the illegal importation of drugs to the national capital region," said Mr. Persichini. "I would like to particularly commend the Fairfax County Police Department and their dedicated investigators and analysts for bringing this to the forefront and garnering these arrests."

"My investigators began this case over a year ago, and I´m very proud of the diligence and tireless efforts my men and women and all of our federal partners put into this international operation," said Chief Rohrer. "This case demonstrates how the partnership we have with the FBI Washington Field Office and the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia enables us to investigate criminal enterprises that stretch far beyond the boundaries of Fairfax County. Taking suspected drug traffickers off the streets is extremely satisfying."

According to the affidavit, an undercover detective with the Fairfax County Police Department began purchasing cocaine in the summer of 2008, from individuals in the Springfield, Va., area. The conspirators allegedly met on numerous occasions with the undercover officer and with each other at various locations, including area restaurants, businesses and convenience stores.

Through audio and video surveillance, the conspirators were recorded allegedly setting up drug sales, negotiating prices and complaining about cocaine amount and quality. According to the affidavit, at an earlier time in the investigation authorities conducted search warrants at residences allegedly tied to the conspirators and found cocaine, firearms, several mobile telephones and thousands of dollars in cash.

Perhaps more than any other cartel, La Familia projects a Robin Hood image. The Drug Enforcement Administration said the group is "philosophically opposed to the sale of methamphetamine to Mexicans, and instead supports its export to the United States for consumption by Americans."

Ooohh! How sweet of them. God forbid their fellow countrymen should get caught up in a vicious downward spiral!

All recreational drugs should be de-criminalized...and some legalized...powder cocaine might be a good candidate for legalization. Maybe we can start a "medical cocaine" program.

The faster they raze the shitty apartment complexes on Commerce St, the better.

Also, that little area of Backlick Rd on either side of the 495 underpass, where the giant Latino grocery is (used to be a Hechingers.. sigh) is a festering shithole too.

Honestly.

They were, undoubtedly, doing a job that the typical American refuses to do.

Yeah like working at McDonalds or cleaning office buildings or constuction sites huh. Because we all know that average Americans don't need these jobs or want to do them, you tell this sorry ass excuse to the 10.5% of Americans that have no jobs now. Get it NO JOBS NOW! At this time especially the ones with children would rather clean out portable rest rooms with a straw then not be able to pay the bills and feed their kids. But instead people like you are preeching the "UNWANTED JOBS" bs . While these people stand in line at an unemployment office to get a small amount of assistance to ensure thier children don't starve to death even if they are now riding a bus, while illegal Mexican immigrants loiter in our nieghborhoods sleeping inder trees on the side of the road, and litter our parking lots of Homedepots and vagrantly post up outside Seven Elevens waiting to take these supposed unwanted jobs. Boooooooo TruthSerum! You telling me all this time, and you sympathizers haven't concocted a better argument and justification for willingful ignorance and disregard for our immigration laws. Wow what a loser you are.

Look at that MENDOZA guy up there^ (1) he had no drivers license (2) he was drunk in public... where is the DUI charge?(4) He was speeding(5) he had a fellony amount of drugs on him(6) unrestrained child.... I guess in Mexico there are no such things as carseats, betcha he didn't even have one in the car.(7) He failed to yeild when making a left turn.... Probably turned out in front of emergency vehicle(8) failure to yield to emergancy vehicle possibly didn't stop when first signaled to pull over (9) speeding over 20 mph greater than posted limit..... Where's the child endagerment charge or the wrecklace negligence charge?
Yeah, this is just one fine example of these model illegal citizens, doing jobs that we "don't want". Also this is a good generality of the type of individuals these people illegally comming here are actually like! NOT humble, root digging gardeners!
So shove that argument where the sun don't shine foo!

You mean people who come to the US illegally from shithole third world countries are going to bring their scummy third world values with them? Shocking I say, shocking!

I love it when people say its racist policies against beaners and that we'd never block Euros from coming here. Yeah, well those people actually learn our language (often before coming here) and respect our laws and values. Its pretty insulting to people when you compare a Swede or Irish person who comes here legally to some dirty illegal alien who only wants to exploit our lax immigration laws.

Great catch! Can anyone say "money laundering", or maybe "big cocaine purchase" as part of house purchase?

Check out the Ffx County real estate/assessment record of sales of this place...

06/25/2007 $970,000 GUTIERREZ JAVIER I JUSTINIANO BRIZEIDA SOLANGE
06/05/2006 $415,000 PONACK ARTHUR L GUTIERREZ JAVIER I

Source: http://icare.fairfaxcounty.gov/Forms/Datalets.aspx?mode=sales&taxyear=2010&ownseq=1&roll=REAL&jur=&sIndex=0&idx=5&LMparent=138

Anyone want to bet that Mr. (or Mrs.) Justiniano had some money burning a hole in his or her pocket? The link provided by Mexican Watch shows that the house just resold in September 2009 for $560,000 (does not show yet in County records). I know the housing market was on the rise, and then went in the tank, but I have not heard of a house like this more than doubling in value between 2007 and 2008. The market was already flattening back then.

The only thing that would have doubled is if the mexican day laborers started making illegal additions to their house without the proper permits.

This actually happened near my old home on Medford in Annandale. This dumbass family tripled the size of their home all without getting a single building inspection or permit. They figured that a large family of day workers could do the job on the cheap. Besides being a monstrosity that looked nothing like a home should, they were forced to stop construction and tear part of it down when somebody found out about it.

yeah the Julios are know doing the day laborer thing at the Burger King (5716 Backlick Rd.) located across the street. If I wasn't gainfully employed and an artistic type, every morning I would drive through that section of Little River Turnpike from Hummer rd to Fuddruckers precisely at the same time each morning for a whole year and videotape it. It would make a really good illustration of the effects of un-checked illegal immigration in a nice time lapse format.

Little River Turnpike from the 7-11 down to the paint shop by the Exxon is the illegal Mexican Miracle Mile.

Mexico/Mexicans=cheap/easy access for cocain/cocain distribution. Guess the fat cats out in the burbs would rather keep hooverin that white trash line, then to appease public outcry and address terorist treat venues. This is all the "CHANGE" that OBAMA was talking about, the indoctrination of homosexual values(even for your 5yo public school child) the careless destruction of fully developed human babies and the general acceptance socially of the mental illness of homosexuality. Illegals and the whole help the illegals movement goes right along with our assbackwards society and the general direction our country .... No the controlers of our country are trying to take us against overwhelming public disapproval!

I always wonder if people like "I LOVE MEXICO" are even aware they're deluded, hateful, antisocial psychotics.

What makes someone so obsessed with homosexuality? Why is homosexuality such a threat to them? What are they trying to cover up?

Hey Www.timtom@yahoo.com: I'm the leader of the homosexual agenda. We fags are just plotting and planning on how bring you and your children and your grandchildren into our fold. We want you, Timtom, and you know you want us too.

Yes you are working for the one better known as SATAN. And you are doing a good job bringing us .. Or trying to at least " into your fold" if I have to sit here and list all the problems with homosexuality then I guess you are the antisocial psycotic deluded, wait I got another one for you "convoluted" person with tendancies that go against nature and COMMON SENCE! I am the leader of the rebellion against your evil homosexual army and our leader is none other than JESUS the crist that will destroy you and your movement. Reference the bible , Sodom and Gomorrah then check out revelation and what it says about these homosexual end times. So go jerkoff and spew your SATAN loving somewhere else.

There is so much racism in this thread, hum let me think who were the biggest criminals in New York City and other East Coast cities about 100 years ago: Irish, Italians, european immigrants. They had all sorts of schemes to make money and it most definately included illict substances.

These latinos deserved to get busted and hopefuly put away for a while but let's face it this isn't something that a lot of Fairfax's upstanding "American" community's ancestors weren't above at one time.

This poor misunderstood uncle of yours just HAS to be a lovely person since he has Jesus pictures hung up in his bedroom before he has any furniture.

Did he think of not being able to see his kids when he was dealing drugs? Don't worry, I'm sure he will get the finest public defender our tax dollars will buy.

This occurred at the same time the FBI busted some La Familia gang members. I believe the fired Fairfax DEA agent was involved in this arrest. I told Narco about these folks years ago. I guess this DEA agent was a problem. I am also willing to bet that DEA agent is also Latino too. It was years ago I informed that these gang members have a twisted take on religion , since they go regularly and felt they carried out God's will. God's soldiers if you will.

The change in the property value was also an inside job. I was told my tax adjustment was denied. One a CPA filed, one who was recommended by my attorney. Is it a surprise she is married to the Army? Or when she asked me a question out of no where. "If you discovered your x sexually assualted your children would I kill him?" i am being judged for a crime I never committed by my answer, this is America isn't it? There are a lot of those migamans dealing drugs and growing millions of dollars of shitting moto. What nerve!

I must've pissed some gang off because I noticed two huge Latinos, I mean huge pro football size. Could it have been the verbal attack I made on the Latinos originating country ? Years back when the 7-11 on 236 was worse then it is now I was verbally attacked and harassed by these hombres as I did my laundry. "what's equal to a country full of Hondurans? One American woman! I had to be selective about who I repeated this to since they don't all speak English . I believe I touched a nerve because I have felt a lot hate coming my way. That 7 year old little girl does get me in a lot of trouble sometime. But as I was saying these Latinos finally went into Yechom where I was eating. They sat at a table knew me and it was obvious they were like a fish out of water. I eventually left and they were left with a table full of food they didn't even want. Little blessings are riddled through our lives and sometimes we don't even notice .

FYI prior to what I described in my last post I was sitting in the Masserti parking lot about to sink my teeth in some chicken when I look up to have Omar from KFC having sex in the fenced in trash area with a man, a fat ugly ass whiteman. Only to me does this have relavance, but I feel the need to share. What the hell was happening to this town? I was aware then that the po po knew what I knew and didn't care. There couldn't be another answer because it was such an obvious outlaw town. Was it because the po po was afraid? Or, were they getting something out of it.

There is a huge pattern here if you take the time to look. The fairfax deputy Latino that was caught with child porn. I am not saying only Latinos committ these crimes, heaven forbid that's not the case. But what is the case is that their solidarity makes them no different then terrorists. As they move into security entailed jobs they are not above breaking the law, (as they do on a regular bases without a care) and putting their interest to further themselves above the law. Seriously we have encouraged this behavior by not making them accountable in the beginning. You have no idea what sitting ducks we have become, my design?

A Latino told me I was targeted by "La Familia". I had a Latino working on a roof next door come to my door and ask for sex. So I guess there's a lie out there about me and now they are trying to get proof? This particular Latino asked me if I would give a family of five a home. I said no. Then the idiot says you no like kids, family? I don't like strangers in my home. This family parked beside me at Wendy's. The man kept staring at me and eventually after rummaging through some bags the mom and her kids came over to stand between the front of our cars. At the time there was an evergreen hedge of bushes between my car and the sidewalk. The smallest child went up underneath my car. I thought about tooting my horn, didn't want to drive away for fear of running over her. But the next day those hedge bushes were out and gone. It seems headquarters at Wendy's decided to pull them out that day for some reason. It's all documented because I am such a crazy American woman. These folks are bold and care about very little. This child could not have been any older then 5. Sick! I believe I have pissed some people off. Those who have seen Annandale in the worse of it at the time should be able to appreciate it more now. You're welcome! But thank you also to whoever the hell is watching, big brother?
