I was arrested in early 2000's on a magistrates(!) felony warrant that was nolle prosequi BEFORE MY arraignment! My bond was denied three times(!) based on that BS holding cell lady that does the initial (illegal) interview. Luckily my family was friends with the Burke / Herbert family in Alexandria, whose son John O was a bondsman! When I was brought into WS station and interviewed by detectives, I was kept in a room, handcuffed to a pole for 7 hrs bc I requested my family's attorney. The good guys in blue even waited past midnite(I was handcuffed at 1938), to enter me in the ADC system. Find out they do this so you: A. Lose a day for time served
B. The jail gets more numbers for budget purposes!
