Online I found an article where are analyzed the best insurance companies for New Jersey(https://homeownersinsurancecover.net/new-jersey/). I'm glad that you decided to take an insurance, you will sleep batter knowing that someone will return a part of the money that you invested in the house. The insurances are a must, even if you trust the house, and you're sure that nothing will happen to it, in the event of an earthquake, the items from inside the house could suffer and also your wallet.

Hey, buddy. I had the same problem 5 months ago, I was trying to find something suitable in my state New Jersey. My wife couldn't advise me anything, so I used Google in order to find something suitable. There are a lot of proposals, so it was hard to find reliable insurance. The site of Money Expert helped me out. This site provides data about companies according to your property and location. I got insurance from Landlord in the opinion of these guys, I've been using it for 5 months and I'm pleased with it.
