Damn wonder how long it takes to displace or move people? With eminent domain is there just no fight?

I HOPE THEY WIDEN TELEGRAPH RD FIRST. AFTER 911 TELEGRAPH RD WAS BACKED UP ALL THE TIME CARRYING THE OVERLOAD OF TRAFFIC. WITH THIS PROJECT AND THE OTHER WIDENING PROJECT THE ONLY ALTERNATE ROUTE TO BYPASS THIS IS TELEGRAPH RD.
