OFFICER TE BAILEY DOESNT TELL THE TRUTH BE VERY CARFUL I just go out of court from a ticket he wrote and he lied about what happened not completely but made me look like a criminal a horribale driving. Get an attorney if you have to go to court because of a ticket please don't make the same mistake I did

I'd issue him a summons for STOOO-piddddd.,,,,,,,,, either that or have him committed for Incompetency. You NEVER go to court, even Traffic Court or Small Claims without a lawyer. Remember what Ol' Honest Abe had to say about that.

Looking at officer Bailey's docket for 5/3, it looks like you were the only person he wrote a ticket to. you must have really impressed him with your drivin.

I'm surprised that he spelled "Received" correctly in his name field, but almost nothing was correct in his message text.

Unless it's a really expensive ticket it's better to just pay it, rather than waste a bunch of money on a lawyer. Do the mail-in thing if you can and save your time. The only way you'll beat a FCPD ticket is with a witness or if they screw up the paperwork.
