Neither Mexico nor US taxpayers will have to pay for a border wall.

That's because a wall can't be built without disrupting the flow of river water.

They're trying to stop the flow of illegal's, not rivers.

that's what Bridges and Pumps are for, Besides the only thing the Rio Grande water is good for is irrigation. Who's going to drink that water after all the wetbacks have been in it!
