It matches the description. It doesn't mean it IS the stolen one until confirmed by the owner, dumbass.

That radio station sucks. The traffic reporting is bad everything. The old man in the afternoon needs to retire or someone help him get the right info out there it's amazing what they don't report. Oh when the VA Gov comes on there they screen the calls so he can only get soft questions.
