Is PHO BISTRO in Centreville Closed?

Drove by and it was closed.

I stoped going there a long time ago - over priced, small meat portions, rude service.

If Pho Bistro is closed, go to Arthur Treachers at fairfax circle, they should be open.

I would crawl to Arthur Treachers rather than eat at Pho Bistro.

I always make it a point to avoid any restaurant with the word "bistro" attached to its name.

The owner also owns a place out past Sterling, he was talking about selling the business since he isn't make much money. I guess there are too many Asian places nearby to compete. There is a Vietnamese Pho place called Pho Duong across Giant and a Thai restaurant called My Thai Place and Bonchon Chicken.
