Because black and Hispanic teacher wannabees can't pass a reading test, the test is no longer allowed to be used to hire teachers.

Insanity.

But, understandable blacks/hispanics do worse on the test. Their hands have been held at each step along the way to becoming teachers. Dump affirmative action, not suprisingly, the percentage of blacks/hispanics who pass the test would go way up. But, instead of imposing stricter standards, the Administrators just get rid of the test, as if THE TEST was the problem. LOLLLLLLLLL
