Sorry Pal..LOL..DAJAX Veal is also getting a bit hard to find now..

For Veal Piccta you cook it the same way..Saute in olive oil and butter, pounded thin with a tenderize mallet.one side teeth the other smooth.I told ya all where to get um cheap 5 bucks at the Rest Supply Joint off Gen Wash Dr..Flour um a bit or not your choice ,saute, then add some white wine and some low sodium chicken broth and lemon juice from a big wedge, cook at simmer heat, add a slice of lemon, a pinch of flour to thicken and some capers..cook till it slightly thickens..serve with Angel Hair Pasta on a Hot plate..pour hot water on the plates, drain the pasta on um or slap um in a oven a bit..All Italian pasta should ALWAYS be served on or in a hot dish..Baby!! You will DIG IT!!

DAJAX ..The Cook.. The Chicken Breast you slice in half the long way baby then pound the 2 pieces..The Chicken prepared this way will cook fast and done and be very tender

I was super impressed with Amphora in Vienna. Nice, old-school restaurant, with beautiful ambience and real Italian waiters and managers,it seemed to me. Not cheap, though not extravagantly expensive.

Oh this sounds like the worst idea ever. But if anybody from this forum ever ends up meeting up in some kind of group setting, please have a production crew recording it. It would make for the most hilarious reality tv show ever. Imagine the cast of characters.

I forgot the name of it, but the place w/ spaghetti in a bucket was stupid. Spaghetti is one of the easiest meals to prepare so you don't need to go out and overpay for it.

I knew it wouldn't last, and it didn't. Lame.

Little Caesar's had a big bucket of spaghetti

Because, ya know, after loading up on "crazy bread" and pizza, you really craved even more carbs from a big plastic tub full of pasta

Freshly made pasta is by far better than the boxed grocery pasta.

If a restaurant isn't serving freshly made pasta, then NEVER order a pasta dish at a restaurant, because pasta dishes are so simple and easy to make at home as you stated.

Pizza Hut used to have Pasta Tuscani on the menu, it was good. It was a meat sauce and I think they called it "Meaty Marinara". You should try it if they still have it. The other one was with Alfredo's sauce.
