I don't go to gyms, luckily I'm a petite Asian.

Can someone explain to me why women always where their gym outfits around the grocery store? I'm not talking about hot spandex pants, I'm talking full workout wear. Aren't you suppose to shower after you workout, so why would you wear the same clothes, out in public?
